Methodology

Body-oriented therapy seeks to establish a connection between your personal theme (trauma) and your body. By exploring this connection within your body, you can arrive at answers or directions more quickly and effectively. As a result, you feel more vital.

I am trained as a body-oriented therapist. However, I am not focused on techniques or diagnoses, nor on rigid methods. I look at who you are, with your unique personality and history. It’s about your story, and together we will find an approach that suits you.
